Tamara brings a strong operational and financial background to her role as Asset Manager & Investor Relations at Hernandez Development. She is responsible for maximizing the performance of the firm’s self-storage portfolio through hands-on oversight of day-to-day operations, lease administration, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance. Tamara ensures assets are strategically positioned for long-term success while maintaining strong tenant relationships and supporting property-level execution.
In addition to asset operations, Tamara plays a key role in investor communications and capital-raising initiatives. Her focus on transparency, responsiveness, and relationship-building reinforces the firm’s commitment to trust and service across its investor network. Tamara is an active member of several industry organizations, including NAIOP, CREW Network, ICSC, NAWIC, ABC, AGC, and CIASF.
