Bridge Industrial secured the site—the largest undeveloped tract of land in Doral—for the development of Bridge Point Doral, a 175-acre master-planned industrial park. Hernandez Construction will lead the construction of over 2.6 million square feet of Class A industrial warehouse space, featuring state-of-the-art facilities with build-to-suit opportunities of up to 640,000 square feet. The project also includes 2,027 parking spaces, with full completion expected by 2026.
