Within the larger DCT Commerce Center II complex, Hernandez Development & Construction was responsible for the sitework and construction of three new Class A industrial buildings (Buildings 1, 2, and 3) for DCT Industrial, one of North America’s largest industrial REITs. These buildings, totaling 425,637 square feet, are strategically located near Miami International Airport, providing immediate airport access. In addition to the shell construction, Hernandez Development & Construction also completed significant tenant buildouts, including a 260,000 SF buildout for John Deere in Building 1 and a 20,000 SF buildout for Kuehne + Nagel in Building 3.
