The project includes two industrial buildings with development management provided by Hernandez Development Services.

Building I features 195,000 square feet of space, 199 auto parking spaces, 28 future shared trailer parking spots, a 32-foot clear height, 50 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, a 7-inch thick unreinforced slab, and one 1,200-amp service. Building 2 spans 185,000 square feet and includes 251 auto parking spaces, 28 future shared trailer parking spots, a 32-foot clear height, 38 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, a 7-inch thick unreinforced slab, and one 1,200-amp service.

Together, these buildings are designed to support efficient, high-capacity industrial operations.
