Hernandez Construction completed this 185,000 square-foot Class A LEED certified facility in Prologis Airport Center, bringing our total square footage built in the campus to over 400,000 square feet.
Located off Southern Boulevard 2 miles west of the Palm Beach International Airport, Prologis Airport Center will provide over half a million square feet of LEED certified industrial space when fully constructed. Hernandez Construction skillfully executed all of the sitework and has now completed three of the planned seven buildings on this 69-acre site, which was originally being developed by Liberty Property Trust and is now being developed by Prologis after they acquired Liberty Property Trust.
