This project, one of several led by Summit Real Estate Group, brings together Summit, local leasing team Cushman & Wakefield, Dogwood Industrial Partners, and other key partners to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that meets the needs of the growing business community in South Florida.
This new development, situated in Broward County—Florida’s second most populous region—offers exceptional connectivity to major north/south transportation routes, including I-75, Florida’s Turnpike, and I-95.
When completed in Q3 2025, Building C will stand as a Class A rear-load, multi-tenant warehouse totaling 281,145 SF. It will feature a 275’ building depth, 36’ clear heights (after the speed bay), and 60’ speed bay depth, providing flexible options for tenants. The facility includes 57 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors with ramps, and a 185’ truck court with 69 trailer parking spots. Additional features include a TPO roof membrane with R-15 insulation, ESFR sprinkler systems, and 2,200 amps of 3-phase electric service with multiple panels. Designed for convenience and efficiency, the site spans 13.77 acres and offers 181 auto parking spaces, fiber optic availability, and column spacing of 53’9” (deep) by 56’ (wide).
