Global aviation solutions provider AeroTurbine approached Hernandez to build their 264,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters facilities at Miramar Centre Business Park. The industrial portion of the facility was built under tight security conditions and includes 214,000 sq. ft. of hi-bay 32’ clear height ceilings, many large gantries and cranes for handling the engines, as well as wood & welding shops for reconditioning parts and shipping. The parts storage was all wire-guided, computer-controlled warehouse trucks and record storage areas were also wire guided.
