Southern Way Business Center is a 3-building logistics park located at the northwest corner of Southern Blvd and Sansbury’s Way in Palm Beach County Florida. The site is currently the headquarters of Ranger Construction and the Vecellio Group. The property was rezoned in 2020 with the intent of developing the site into a logistics park.
The site is located 1.2 miles directly west of the Florida Turnpike on Southern Blvd, a major east/west County thoroughfare. The Palm Beach Airport and I-95 are approximately 10 minutes directly east of the site. With close proximity to the Florida Turnpike and I-95, you have easy access to travel to Broward and Dade Counties as well as going directly north to Orlando.
