Doral has boomed with development over the past 15 years and has become one of the fastest-growing cities in South Florida. This 175-acre site is located on the southwest corner of Northwest 107th Avenue and Northwest 41st Street.
Bridge Industrial secured the property, which is the largest undeveloped tract of land in Doral, and Hernandez Construction will build more than 2.6 million square feet of Class A Industrial Warehouse on the property plus 2,027 parking spaces. The warehouses range from 172,800 to 1.18 million square feet.
Hernandez Development Services provided due diligence, feasability and a variety of other development services on the project.
