This project, which is currently under construction, is a single tilt-up industrial building that will encompass 171,983 square feet. The scope of work for this project includes the demolition of any existing structures and pavement on the site. Once the demolition is complete, surveying of the land will take place to ensure that the site is suitable for construction and that any potential issues are identified before work begins. Site work will include deep dynamic compaction, which is a process that improves the strength of the soil. The site will also be prepared for construction with earthwork, installing a methane gas system, paving with asphalt, laying site concrete, irrigation, and landscaping. The construction of the building will include roofing, adding metal canopies, installing overhead doors, glazing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical and supervisory fire alarm systems. This project will also be LEED certified.
