Hernandez Development & Construction successfully developed and delivered Carol Stream Self Storage, a state-of-the-art, three-story 71,510-square-foot Class A self-storage facility located at 27W010 North Avenue in Carol Stream, within the Chicago MSA. Now complete and entering its lease-up phase, the facility is strategically positioned along North Avenue (Illinois Route 64) with prominent visibility and exposure to over 38,000 vehicles daily, providing exceptional access for both residential and commercial customers.

The modern facility features 625 climate-controlled units, including 36 premium drive-up units, designed to meet strong and growing demand in DuPage County. Built to institutional Class A standards, the project incorporates a contemporary architectural design, durable construction, and advanced building systems that support operational efficiency and a high-quality customer experience.
