Miramar Centre Building A is located within IDI’s 70-acre industrial development, Miramar Centre Business Park. Hernandez Construction broke ground on the project, which will be the largest facility in the business park when finished, in the fourth quarter of 2011 and it was the first new construction for IDI in South Florida since 2008.
Building A was designed to meet LEED Silver standards as determined by the U.S. Green Building Council. This 267,074 sq. ft. structure is located on 12.68 acres and was constructed using tilt-wall assembly and features 900 ft. of loading dock space on the east side of the building.
