Mr. Hawkins serves as the liaison between project members to promote the interest of both the business and clients. He leverages his diverse background to oversee the planning, design and construction of a project from beginning to completion, while keeping tight control of the project’s time, cost and quality. He provides oversight for all phases of the project, including preconstruction, scheduling, materials, equipment and ensuring that all project standards and specifications are being followed.
