Rene is responsible for leading and coordinating preconstruction and estimating efforts. Rene oversees the establishment and maintenance of budget control during the preconstruction phase of the project and keeps owner and team abreast of current budget and impact of design decisions. He has extensive knowledge of cost elements of projects has been involved in all project types including commercial, industrial, retail, government, retail, and automotive dealerships.
