Hernandez provided development and construction management services along with TI services for this three-building, Class A industrial business park totaling 589,887 square feet on nearly 50 acres. The process included a goal to fast-track the project development in order to meet local market demand.
Hernandez efficiently delivered all three buildings and was awarded several of the TI's, including a new state-of-the-art prototype store buildout for Amazon, the world's largest e-commerce retailer.
