This  build-out for BoConcept, a high-end Danish designer and manufacturer of sleek modern design furniture, was done in the heart of Miami’s financial district. The retail space was originally set back on the corner of 800 Brickell Avenue, which reduced the visibility and exposure for any retail tenants and made the space harder to lease. Hernandez Construction was challenged with remodeling the storefront to be flush with the rest of the building to increase the global retail furniture chains visibility.
